Life is tough but I guess i’m tougher (Axalan, 2018)

Good day! You just bumped into my blog, or I guess, you just want to know more about me. I think i’m just a typical girl you saw yesterday or just walk passed by. But through this blog, you can know me a lot better and deeper.

My full name is Kimberly Casimiro Axalan. I’m 1/8 chinese and I think some people does not like me because i’m chinese and most of the time, filipinos hate chinsese.

I got my very american name from an american woman named Kimberly Kirkendall. My mom used to be a domestic helper in Hong Kong for 13 years and she became best of friends with one of her bosses. That is why she promised her that she [my mom] will name her daughter [which is me] after this lovely american woman. Oh! and guess what, my mom and I finally met her last week!

This year, last october i turned 17 and I think being 16 was the craziest teenage life for me. There are so many realizations, achievements and learnings that I did not expected to come.

I was born from the southern Luzon of the Philippines. The home of the greatest black coffee amd cocoa tablets, Batangas.. From it’s small province named Bauan. [Ba•wan] We used to live there [in San Pascual; the province next to Bauan] when I was a baby. However, the family of my father was very very [like really] nice to my mother. And that results of us, moving out from Batangas transferring to the original hometown of my mother which is Quezon, Province.
